Celebrated Franco-Italian chef Marco Pierre Hossi has just opened his new restaurant "La Chatte Baveuse" in Montcuq. Here is the opening day menu. Those with a knowledge of French should have little difficulty translating the dishes but there is also a full interpretation underneath.
