Buster,

Didn't do Mr Blue Sky as the chorus is simply too high for me. Currently practicing said tune in a lower key. As far as the ham is concerned, use a lathe to drill out a hole approx 3 cm in diameter almost the entire length of the gammon, but not quite. Insert your blue-veined cheese chucker into the ham-hole and move the joint back and forth until Santa's sack is empty. Return the removed ham cylinder (its probably still in the lathe) back into the meat to entrap the cheese. Voila. Jambon-au-camembert.
